Return windows, conditions, and how to start a return.
Return window
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, unassembled when sold assembled, and free of stains, odors, or damage. Original packaging and hardware should be included when possible.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale, clearance, personalized, or clearly marked non-returnable items cannot be returned. Please review product notes before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or finish, contact us. We can help arrange a return and a new order when stock is available.
How to start a return
Email hello@stylenesthome.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and a reference number.
